This ICR applies to Cynodon dactylon seed being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported Cynodon dactylon seed that have been repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the Cynodon dactylon seed Micor case for Solomon Islands.
Consignments are to be accompanied by a Seed Analysis Certificate from the country of origin listing the botanical name and number of contaminant seeds found in a sample tested according to the International Seed Testing Association (ISTA) standards.
The phytosanitary certificate and ISTA certificate from the country of origin, or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate and ISTA certificate from the country of origin, must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection. The Authorised Officer must ensure the phytosanitary certificate meets all requirements indicated on the import permit.
