1. Consignment complies with Annex IV, No 4. of "Addresses Prefectural Decree of the Reunion Island" No. 2011-1479 -  That the growing medium is free of soil and (a) at the time of planting, the growing medium  (a1) was free of organic matter and (b) since planting (b1) either appropriate measures have been taken to ensure that the growing medium has remained free of harmful organisms.

2. Consignment complies with Annex IV, No 6. of "Addresses Prefectural Decree of the Reunion Island" No. 2011-1479 -  The plants are clean (i.e. free from plant debris) and free from flowers and fruits, plants have grown up in nurseries, have been inspected before export and are free of symptoms of harmful bacteria, viruses and similar organisms, are declared free of signs or symptoms of nematodes, insects, moths and harmful fungi, or subjected to adequate treatment to eliminate these organisms.

3. Consignment complies with Annex IV, No 82. of "Addresses Prefectural Decree of the Reunion Island" No. 2011-1479 -  That the plants have been obtained in nurseries and  (c) have undergone appropriate treatment  against the concerned organisms, Western flower thrips (Frankliniella occidentalis) and Melon thrips (Thrips palmi) just before export.

4. Consignment complies with Annex IV, No 86.  of "Addresses Prefectural Decree of the Reunion Island" No. 2011-1479 – That Sudden oak disease (Phytophthora ramorum) is known not to occur in Australia.
