Outer packages should bear the consignee and port mark and should be numbered(according to packing list) unless their contents can be otherwise readilyidentified.

Labels onfoodstuffs must have the following information:
  • productand brand names
  • production andexpiration dates
  • country of origin
  • name of themanufacturer
  • net weight inmetric units
  • list of theingredients and additives in descending order of importance
  • all fats and oilsused as ingredients must be specifically identified on the label and be inArabic or in Arabic/English - Arabic stickers are accepted.
