A Processed Product Certificate or a Health Certificate (Certificate as to Condition EX188B) can be presented in lieu of a Phytosanitary Certificate.
A Processed Product Certificate can be issued by the manufacturer on their official letterhead and needs to include the manufacturing process. If a Processed Product Certificate is provided, no Request for Permit (RFP) is to be raised and the exporter exports this product at their own commercial risk.
A Health Certificate (Certificate as to Condition EX188B) can be issued, for further information please contact NPG Exports at NPGExports@aff.gov.au.
If phytosanitary certification is required, an RFP must be raised and the goods must be inspected by an authorised officer at a registered export establishment before export.
