Refer to the import permit to determine the appropriate Additional Declaration. Additional declarations are only to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate if specified on the import permit.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Consignments are to be fumigated with appropriate fumigant at recommended manufacturer's labels rate or seed dress with appropriate pesticides (insecticide and fungicide) at recommended manufacturers requirements

2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Charcoal rot of bean/tobacco (Macrophomina phaseolina), Pod and Stem blight (Phomopsis longioolla), Bacterial wilt (Curtobacterium flaccumfasiens pv flaccumfasiens), Halo blight on bean pods (Pseudomonas savastanoi pv phaseolicola), Bean bacterial brown spot (Pseudomonas syringae pv syringae), Alfalfa mosaic virus, Bean common mosaic virus, Tobacco streak virus and Tomato spotted wilt virus.
