An import permit (SPS Import clearance) may be required for Peas imported into the Philippines.
Exporter must confirm with Philippines Department of Agriculture if an import permit (SPS import Clearance) is required for the consignment. If required, a copy of the import permit/SPS import Clearance must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the making the appointment.
Consignment must be treated either with any appropriate fumigant at approved label rates.
If no treatment is required by the import permit, no treatment details are to be endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate.
