A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements:

  • A crop inspection certificate or laboratory analysis certificate is required to endorse freedom from Bean bacterial brown spot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae), Wilt (Xanthomonas campestris pv. incanae, Pod spot (Alternaria japonica) and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae).
Consignment must be treated with an appropriate fungicide and insecticide at manufacturers' recommended rates.


The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 7002)
1) Consignment has been sourced from a pest free place of production free from Bean bacterial brown spot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae), Wilt (Xanthomonas campestris pv. incanae, Pod spot (Alternaria japonica) and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 7003)
1) Consignment has been tested and found free from Bean bacterial brown spot (Pseudomonas syringae pv. syringae), Wilt (Xanthomonas campestris pv. incanae, Pod spot (Alternaria japonica) and Verticillium wilt (Verticillium dahliae).
