Parlatoriadate scale (Parlatoria blanchardi) and Phytopthora root and stem rot (Phytophthora sojae) are not on seed export pathway for palm seed and does not require testing to determine freedom.

Palm Lethal Yellowing of Coconut is not known to occur in Australia. Freedom from Palm Lethal Yellowing of Coconut can be endorsed without citing any evidence.
Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate fungicide and insecticide at manufacturers recommended rate.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
