Parlatoria date scale (Phytophthora sojae) is not on the palm seed pathway and do not require testing or inspection to determine freedom.
Consignments are to be treated with appropriate insecticide and fungicide according to the label requirements.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
