Consignments are to be free from pests, weed seeds and extraneous material; including all other impurities.
Consignment must not contain any animal bi-products.
Consignments to be packaged by a reputable company - a manufacturer's declaration must accompany the consignment and be sighted by the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Additional declaration is only to be endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificate when the import permit specifically states this requirement. Import permits sighted in which there is no specific pest or diseases are to be issued with nil additional declaration.
