Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsement 646:
Does not apply to commercially packed seeds or sowing, ie seed that has been packed into small commercial packets.
The exporter must provide a copy of the import permit that states the import conditions are that for PQC 16: Commercially packed seeds for sowing
Approved exporters are: Yates Australia, NSW
These conditions only apply to the seeds stated on the import permit and may be subject to change at any time and without prior notification.
All other exports will be issued a phytosanitary certificate with endorsement 646.
Treatment is not required for seeds whichhave been imported and comply with the above conditions and no endorsement.
