Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Plants (Stolons) must be free of soil.

Plants (Stolons) must be refrgerated to 4 degrees Celsius during transportation so they are dormant
Consignments are to be treated by immersing in a solution of an appropriate fungicide and insecticide, at recommended manufacturers requirements, to excess for a duration of 5 minutes.

All excess chemical is to be removed after treatment.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
