Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


ICR applies to:
  • Almond meal
  • Almonds - slivered

The following additional certification must accompany the consignment:

  • Ships Hold Certificate (EXDOC template GL12) - for bulk goods loaded into a ships hold;


OR

  • Container Inspection Certificate (EXDOC template GL2) - for bulk containerised goods;

OR

  • Sack and Container Inspection Certificate (EXDOC template GL3) - for bagged containerised goods.

The exporter is responsible to confirm that import permits issued for 'almonds' will be accepted for processed almond products.
