Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packaging and clearly labelled with the full botanical name (genus and species).
Pakistan import permits may be issued with varying additional declarations requirements. Exporters must refer to the import permit and confirm the interpretation of the import permit with their importers in Pakistan as required to verify requirements for their consignments.
These requirements also apply to consignments of Hybrid Sorghum Sudangrass (Sorghum bicolor x S. bicolor var. sudanese) approved by the Federal Seed Certification and Registration Department (FSCRD) of Pakistan.

Explanation of the Endorsement
Endorsement 6374:
The Authorised Officer must inspect and verify freedom from DPP regulated weed seeds.
When specified on the import permit consignments to be treated with an approved fungicide at recommended manufacturers requirements. If no treatment is specified on the import permit a treatment is not required
Theexporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it tothe Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
