It is exporter's responsibility to ensure seeds are to be free of Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) and Living Modified Organism (LMO).
If stated on permit, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to endorsement No 3949 and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection. If no declaration is required, a plain phytosanitary certificate is to be issued.

1) Chilean pine (Araucaria chillensis) and Bleeding canker (Fusarium circinatum) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Parent plants were inspected and found to be free from scales, weevils, Diplodia pod rot (Botryodiplodia theobromae), Needly blight (Mycosphaerella pini), Needle necrosis (Collectotrichum derridis) and Purple loosesfrife (Lythrum salicasia).
