This Micor case applies to sugar beet pulp pellets imported into Australia which have remained sealed, and for which the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin is still available, and which is being exported under an EX25 re-export phytosanitary certificate. For products that do not meet these criteria, refer to the Sugar beet pellet to New Zealand Micor case.

Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.

The phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection. The Authorised Officer must ensure the phytosanitary certificate meets all requirements indicated on New Zealand's Processed Animal Feed of Plant Origin Import Health Standard (PAFP.IHS).

If the additional declarations required by New Zealand MPI (as specified in the Processed Animal Feed of Plant Origin Import Health Standard (PAFP.IHS)) are not endorsed on the phytosanitary certificate from the country of origin, the exporter must contact MPI to confirm whether an import permit can be issued to allow import of the consignment into New Zealand. If an import permit is issued, a copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments must be accompanied by copies of the manufacturer's certificates provided for the goods to enter Australia under the Australian import permit.

Import permit dated 5 September 2024 and Import Health Standard: Processed Animal Feed ofPlant Origin (PAFP.IHS) verified on 5 September 2024.
