Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
 
A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
 
Consignments must be accompanied by a manufacturer’s certificate with the following information:
  • Name and address of supplier (company letterhead)
  • Name and address of manufacturer (if different)
  • Date
  • Description or brand of product and processing involved
  • Signature of a responsible person within the company
 
Consignments must be commercially packaged and labelled.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2712)
1) Consignment has been inspected in accordance with appropriate official procedure and found to be free of any visually detectable soil, contaminant animal or plant material and other extraneous matter.
