1) The cut flowers/foliage have been inspected and/or tested according to appropriate official procedures and are considered to be be free from the quarantine pests specified by New Zealand MAF and to conform to the current phytosanitary requirements of New Zealand MAF, including those for regulated non-quarantine pests,
2) The cut flowers/foliage in this consignment have been subjected to an approved devlitalisation treatment rendering it non-propagable.
