Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

These ICRs only applied to the following plant based fertiliser:

- Scots Lawn Builder and Insect Control

The product must be commercially packaged and labelled

Consignments must be accompanied by a manufacturers certificate as per section 2.2 of the MPI Import Health Standard for Fertilisers and Growing Media of Plant Origin
