Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

The consignment must be treated with one of the following fungicides applied at the listed rate, or the maximum label rate legally allowed in Australia if the below rates are higher than the maximum Australian label rates:

  • Captan at 2g a.i. per kg seed.

OR

  • Thiram at 2g a.i. per kg seed.

If seeds are treated at the maximum Australian label rate, a copy of the registered label must accompany the consignment.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
