- The import conditions are applicable only to seeds for sowing listed in the Plant Biosecurity Index as 2.36 Glebionis.
- New Zealand requires complete scientific name (genus and species) on the phytosanitary certificate if one is issued. The exporter must specify the complete scientific name (genus and species) when raising a RFP.
- An area freedom certificate issued by a state/territory government is required to endorse freedom from Potato spindle tuber viroid.
Endorsement 8120:
- A laboratory analysis certificate endorsing results of testing on the parent plants must be presented as evidence of freedom from Potato spindle tuber viroid.
Endorsement 8121:
- A laboratory analysis certificate endorsing results of testing on a representative sample of a minimum of 3000 seeds must be presented as evidence of freedom from Potato spindle tuber viroid.
