This ICR applies to consignments being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported products whose phytosanitary status has been changed through processes such as repackaging or treatment, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available, refer to the non-re-export Micor case for this commodity.
The original phytosanitary certificate (or a certified copy of the phytosanitary certificate) which accompanied the consignment on arrival in Australia must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
The full scientific name of the Brassica napus sub-species or variety must be specified on the phytosanitary certificate, e.g. Brassica napus var. biennis, Brassica napus var. oleifera.
In addition, the appropriate common name (e.g. forage rape, oilseed rape, etc) must be specified on the phytosanitary certificate. This information must be entered in the Additional Production Description field of the RFP. To enable the field on the RFP, the exporter must submit a request to the EXDOC Plant program via (EXDOCPlantPrograms@aff.gov.au).
Endorsement number 6536 is to be listed in the coded statement field of the RFP.
