Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.
Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Consignment must be clearly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) This is to certify that the plants, plant products or other regulated articles described herein have been inspected and/or tested according to appropriate official procedures and are considered to be free from the quarantine pests specified by the importing contracting party and to conform with the current phytosanitary requirements of the importing contracting party, including those for regulated non-quarantine pests.
