Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Explanation of the endorsements

Endorsement 8200:
  • An area freedom certificate stating that seeds were produced in a pest free area free of bacterial wilt (Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum).
Endorsement 8201:
  • A laboratory analysis certificate endorsing results of testing on a representative sample of a minimum of 3000 seeds must be presented as evidence of freedom from bacterial wilt (Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum).

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 8200)
1) The seeds have been produced in a pest free area free of bacterial wilt (Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 8201)
1)officially tested, on a representative sample of a minimum of 4,000 seeds, officially drawn according to ISTA or AOSA sampling methodology, using an NPPO-approved testing method, and found free from bacterial wilt (Ralstonia pseudosolanacearum).
