Consignments are to be free from pests, soil,weed seeds and extraneous material.

Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

Plants in tissue culture must be produced in a facility under conditions that prevent contamination with regulated pests (refer to Standard 155.02.06 section 2.2.2.2).
 
Cultures imported in growing media must have been grown in the vessel in which they are imported. The container must be pest-proof, rigid and either clear plastic or glass.
The culture must not contain any antibiotics or fungicides.
 
The number of flasks / tubs / tubes in the consignment are to be declared on the phytosanitary certificate at all times.
 
LABELLING: All flasks / tubs / tubes of cultures in the consignment must be clearly identified with their scientific name (genus and species).

Explanation of endorsements
For plantlets of the following species that have recently been removed from in-vitro tissue culture - Endorsement 2546 applies.

For all other species that have recently been removed from in-vitro tissue culture  - Endorsement 3357 applies.
 
For all other species imported in growing media, the Endorsement text Nil Additonal Declaration applies. 
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement No 2487)
1) The cultures have been derived from parent stock tested and found free of virus diseases.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement No 2546)
1) The cultures have been derived from parent stock tested and found free of virus diseases,
2) The plantlets were removed from the original culture container(s) in which they were grown, not more than 48 hours before export, and have not been in contact with any other growing media.

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement No 3357)
1) The plantlets were removed from the original culture container(s) in which they were grown, not more than 48 hours before export, and have not been in contact with any other growing media.
