- The Seed Analysis Certificate must be issued by an Association of Official Seed Analysts (AOSA) or ISTA accredited seed testing station or an Australian laboratory capable of undertaking the analysis.
- Additional Declaration 2157, 2159 or 779 is required.

2) The consignment was representatively sampled with a sample size of five times (5x) ISTA or AOSA guidelines, and was tested at a NPPO-approved diagnostic laboratory and the test result was negative for Bacterial wilt (Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. flaccumfaciens).
