This ICR applies to sesame seeds being re-exported using a re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25). For imported sesame seeds that have repackaged, or for which the original phytosanitary certificate is no longer available and additional phytosanitary requirements need to be endorsed on an Australian phytosanitary certificate, refer to the sesame seeds Micor case for New Caledonia.
A copy of the import permit and original phytosanitary certificate meeting the import requirements listed on the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Note: If the import permit states that product origin is required to be listed as Australia, clearance from the New Caledonian NPPO to re-export under a re-export phytosanitary certificate must be obtained prior to RFP authorisation. The product origin of the commodity must be indicated on the re-export phytosanitary certificate (EX25).
