The ICRs apply to stockfeed pellets which have undergone appropriate devitalisation treatment (e.g. extrusion, flaking) and do not contain any viable seeds or chaff. Consignments which only contain stockfeed pellets which have undergone appropriate devitalisation treatment (e.g. extrusion, flaking) and do not contain any viable seeds or chaff are permitted entry without an import permit and a phytosanitary certificate.
Packages shall not be contaminated with soil, plant material or animal material.
