Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


ICR refers to stockfeed meals. This includes soybean meal.

Packaging must not contain litter, soil and leaves, compost or any other prohibited organic matter.

Explanation of Endorsement 1906:
  • Endorsement only to be used if required by import permit
  • Exporter is to produce ingredient list or manufacturer's declaration at time of inspection stating no animal material is present.
  • Visual inspection can be used to endorse freedom from live insects, seeds and soil.
