Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packaging, clearly labelledwith the botanical name.
Packages must be free of litter, soil, leaves, compost or any otherprohibited organic material.
Consignmentsmust be accompanied with a purity certificate indicating that the consignmentdoes not contain more than 3% of seeds from prohibited species and 15% of inertmatter.
Consignments are tobe treated with an approved insecticide and fungicide applied either by dusting,dipping or fumigation at recommended manufacturer’s requirements.
