Packages must be free of litter, soil, leaves, compost or any other prohibited organic material.
Consignments must be accompanied with a purity certificate indicating that the consignment does not contain more than 3% of seeds from prohibited species and 15% of the inert matter.
Consignments are to be treated with an approved insecticide and fungicide by dipping, fumigation or dusting at recommended manufacturers requirements.
