A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Seed packaged in commercial packets up to 1 kgm per packet do not require insecticide and fungicide treatment

Seed packaged in commercial packets exceeding 1 kgm per packet are to be treated with an approved insecticide and fungicide at recommended manufacturers rate, prior to export

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
