Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packaging, and every seed packet or bag must be clearly labelled with the botanical name including genus and species.
Consignments must be accompanied by an attestation by the exporter that the seeds are not genetically modified.
Seeds must be depulped. Seeds from Guam, Philippines and Solomon Islands are prohibited for import.
