Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds, disease symptoms and extraneous material including other plant material and material of animal origin.
Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packaging and clearly labelled with botanical name.
Packages must be free of litter, soil, leaves, compost or any other prohibited organic material.
Consignments must be accompanied with a purity certificate indicating that the consignment does not contain more than 3% of seeds from prohibited species and 15% of the inert matter.
Consignment must be attached with supplier's declaration stating that "seeds are non-genetically modified organisms".
