Laboratory analysis, crop inspection or area freedom certification may be presented for certifying freedom from Onion smut (Urocystis cepulae), Stem nematode(Ditylenchus dipsaci), Onion powdery mildew (Peronospora destructor), Sclerotiumdisease (Sclerotium spp), Neck rot of onion (Botrytis allii).
An Additional declaration is not required for seed that will not be re-exported from the Netherlands

For any consignments in which the seed is intended to be re-exported from the Netherlands, the exporter to advise at time of making the appointment.
FOR RE-EXPORT CERTIFICATION ONLY- i.e.: Australian seed being exported that will be re-exported from the Netherlands.
Exporter to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Department of Agriculture Authorised Officer at time of inspection.
Requests by exporters for additional endorsements of seed for sowing being exported to the Netherlands maybe complied with where it is known that the seed shall be re-exported to another destination through a re-export phytosanitary certificate.
Exporters who require endorsements for re-export purposes are to provide written evidence of the additional endorsements and which attests to the endorsement which Department of Agriculture needs to certify to on the Phytosanitary certificate.
Requests are to be emailed to MicorPlants@agriculture.gov.au for action. Each endorsement in this Micor case is only valid for 12 months. If exporters want the endorsement extended beyond the current validity date, they need to contact GSEP at grain.export@aff.gov.au to request such an extension.
