A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and to present to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) This certificate is issued only for propagation and plantation.
2) Citrus stubborn (Spiroplasma citri), african greening (Candidatus liberibacter africanus), American greening (Candidatus liberibacter americanus), Pierce's disease of grape vines (Xyllela fastidiosa), Dwarf disease (Satsuma dwarf virus), Citrus mosiac (Citrus yellow mosaic virus) and Citrus leprosis (Citrus leprosis virus) are not known to occur in Australia.
3) The cuttings were inspected and found free from Ceratocystis blight/black root rot Ceratocystis fimbriata (Chalara elegans), Citrus slow decline (Tylenchulus semipenetrans), Root burrowing (Radopholus similis), Citrus exocortis (Citrus Exocortis viroid) and Citrus spreading decline ( Radopholus citrophilus).
