Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Note:
The consignment must be either treated for pests of concern as per the importing country requirements or accompanied by:
  • an area freedom certificate; or
  • a laboratory test report certifying that the consignment has been found free from pests of concern.
Consignments are to be treated with an approved fungicide at recommended manufacturers requirements.

The exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the treatment and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

1) The plants in this consignment have been grown in an area identified as free from Pythium vexans. 

2) All plants in this consignment have been laboratory tested and found to be free from Phytophthora megasperma.
