The Micor Plants case applies to legumes for consumption. Legumes may include:
  • peas
  • chickpeas
  • lentils and soybeans
Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

The specific commodity is to be stated on the RFP and phytosanitary certificate.
