Seed potatoes must be sourced from a nationally recognised seed potato certification scheme. Exporter to provide evidence of certification and present to the Authorised Officer at time of inspection.

Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2953)
1) The parent plants were inspected during the growing season and found free from virus and viroid diseases,
2) Bacterial ring rot of potato (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. sepedonicus), Potato wart (Synchytrium endobioticum) and Colorado potato beetle (Leptinotarsa decemlineata) are known not to occur in Australia,
3) Bacterial Wilt (Ralstonia solanacearum) and Potato Cyst Nematode (Globodera rostochiensis) are known not to occur in the area of production.
4) Consignment has been treated with a wide spectrum fungicide and insecticide prior to export.
5) Consignment is free from soil and plant debris.
