Consignments are to be fumigated prior to export with either:

Alternatively, if treatment is not endorsed on the Phytosanitary certificate, the exporter must ensure that the fumigation certifcaite accompanies the consignment. In such situations the phytosanitary certificate will be endorsed without treatment details.
Methyl bromide at :
- 32 grm/m3 for 24 hours at 30 degrees celsius (under Normal Atmospheric Pressure);
OR
- 48 grm/m3 for 24 hours at 21 degrees celsius (under Normal Atmospheric Pressure);
OR
- 56 grm/m3 for 24 hours at 16-20 degrees celsius (under Normal Atmospheric Pressure);
OR
- 64 grm/m3 for 24 hours at 11-15 degrees celsius (under Normal Atmospheric Pressure);
OR
- 72 grm/m3 for 24 hours at 10 degrees celsius (under Normal Atmospheric Pressure);
OR
- With Phostoxin at 1.5grm/m3 for 7 days at 19 degrees Celsius or above.
OR
