This ICR applies to the following species:

  • Black King Oyster (Pleurotus Ostreatus-hybrid)
  • Chestnut (Pholiota Adiposa)
  • Golden Enoki (Flammulina Velutipes)
  • Lion's Mane (Hericium Erinaceus)
  • Maitake (Grifola Frondosa)
  • Nameko (Pholiota Microspora)
  • Pink Oyster (Pleurotus sp)
  • Princess Pearl (Pleurotus ostreatus)
  • Yellow Oyser (Pleurotus citrinopileatus)

Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

The mushroom spawn must not be packed or rooted in earth, leaf or garden mould, compost and farmyard manure of any description, or packed in straw and unsterilized sphagnum moss.

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

Consignments are to bepacked in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Consignment must beclearly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

The exporter must follow the labelling requirements listed on the import permit.
