Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.


Original and certified translation of the import permit must be presented to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.

If the import permit does not list any additional declaration requirements for specific pests or diseases, a phytosanitary certificate with nil additional declaration will be issued.

1) Seedling blight (Rhizoctonia spp), Blight (Clavibacter spp), Alfalfa yellow spot (Alfalfa mosaic virus), Nematodes (Ditylenchus spp and Aphelenchoides spp), Foot rot (Phytophtora spp), Leafminers (Liriomyza spp), Potato wilt (Pseudomonas spp), Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas spp) and Anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp) are known not to occur in the area of production.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5014)
1) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Seedling blight (Rhizoctonia spp), Blight (Clavibacter spp), Alfalfa yellow spot (Alfalfa mosaic virus), Nematodes (Ditylenchus spp and Aphelenchoides spp), Foot rot (Phytophtora spp), Leafminers (Liriomyza spp), Potato wilt (Pseudomonas spp), Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas spp) and Anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp).

Option 3 (EXDOC Endorsement 5015)
1) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Seedling blight (Rhizoctonia spp), Blight (Clavibacter spp), Alafalfa yellow spot (Alfalfa mosaic virus), Nematodes (Ditylenchus spp and Aphelenchoides spp), Foot rot (Phytophtora spp), Leafminers (Liriomyza spp), Potato wilt (Pseudomonas spp), Bacterial blight (Xanthomonas spp) and Anthracnose (Colletotrichum spp).
Import authority dated 6 August 2013 and import permit dated 3 November 2020.
