Phytosanitary Certificate No
Additional Declaration/Endorsement No
Protocol Market No
Consignments are to be free from pests, soil, weed seeds and extraneous material.

Exporters must confirm with the Malaysian Department of Agriculture (DoA) if an import permit and phytosanitary certificate is required.

The reason an import permit may be required, as confirmed by Malaysia DOA, is that the seed husks/coat may be used for stockfeed.

If exporters are not issued an import permit, then a phytosanitary certificate will not be issued.

In such circumstances, prescribed grains will still require inspection and the issuance of an Export Permit.
