Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 5036)
1) Carnation wilt (Phialophora cinerescens) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) The crop was inspected during active growth and found free from Downy mildew of sunflower (Plasmopara halstedii), Grey mould-rot (Botryotinia fuckeliana), Tobacco streak virus, Alternaria leaf spot of Sunflowers (Alternaria helianthi), Leaf spot (Colletotrichum dematium), Aspergillus rot (Aspergillus flavus), Ear rot (Gibberella avenacea) and Sclerotinia stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorium),
3) A representative sample was found free through laboratory testing of Stem nematode (Ditylenchus dipsaci),
4) A representative sample was inspected and found free of Brown garden snail (Helix apersa).

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 5037)
1) Carnation wilt (Phialophora cinerescens) is not known to occur in Australia,
2) Downy mildew of sunflower (Plasmopara halstedii), Grey mould-rot (Botryotinia fuckeliana), Tobacco streak virus, Alternaria leaf spot of Sunflowers (Alternaria helianthi), Leaf spot (Colletotrichum dematium), Aspergillus rot (Aspergillus flavus), Ear rot (Gibberella avenacea) and Sclerotinia stem rot (Sclerotinia sclerotiorium) are known not to occur in the area of production.,
