A foreign food facility for grains as described in the Special Act on Imported Food Safety Management includes export registered establishments used for storage and/or packaging of grains. For processed plant products such as breakfast cereals, oat bran, maize grits, flour, barley malt, etc, the definition includes processing, manufacturing, storing and packaging facilities.
