Consignments are to be practically free from other injurious pests and diseases.

Consignments are to be washed and free from soil and plant debris.              

A copy of the import permit must be presented to an Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.


Consignments are to be packed in packing material which is new, clean and free from pests and contaminants.
Option 1 (EXDOC Endorsement 2820)
1) Golden cyst nematode (Globodera pallida), Bacterial ring rot of potato (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sependonicus) and Black wart (Synchytrium endobioticum) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) Potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis) is known not to occur in the area of production.

Option 2 (EXDOC Endorsement 2821)
1) Golden cyst nematode (Globodera pallida), Bacterial ring rot of potato (Clavibacter michiganensis subsp. Sependonicus) and Black wart (Synchytrium endobioticum) are not known to occur in Australia,
2) The crop has been fork tested or soil tested and found free from Potato cyst nematode (Globodera rostochiensis).
