Explanation of the endorsements
Endorsement 4072:
Only applies if the import permit specifies freedom from Aster Yellows, alfalfa dwarf virus and Tomato spotted wilt virus otherwise a phytosanitary certificate without an additional declaration will be issued.
Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate seed dressing or insecticide at recommended manufacturers' requirements (refer to the import permit).
Consignments do not require treatment prior to export where the import permit issued does not state this. Phytosanitary certificate will be issued with no treatment endorsed.
