Endorsement 2879:
- A crop inspection certificate is required to endorse freedom from Black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris).
- An area freedom certificate from the state government of the state of production is required to endorse freedom from Black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris).
Endorsement 2881:
- A laboratory testing certificate is required to endorse freedom from Black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris).
Endorsement 745:
- A laboratory testing certificate is required to endorse freedom from Black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris), Grey mould-rot (Botryotinia fuckeliana) and Leafy gall fasciation (Rhodococcus fascians).
- Visual inspection by an Authorised Officer is sufficient for endorsing freedom from common purslane (Portulaca oleracea).
Endorsement 677:
- An area freedom certificate from the state government of the state of production is required to endorse freedom from Black rot (Xanthomonas campestris pv. campestris), Grey mould-rot (Botryotinia fuckeliana) and Leafy gall fasciation (Rhodococcus fascians).

Packaging - The following material must not be used as packaging:
Banana leaves, Maize straw, Rice straw, Sorghum straw, Palm straw, Wheat straw and Leaf mould.
If any other plant residue is used as packaging material, the consignment must be accompanied by a certificate stating:
All seed, pathogens and insects have been killed before use of the material either by heating to 83 degrees celsius for 10 minutes or by chemical treatment.
These details are to be attested on the phytosanitary certificate.
Consignments are to be treated with an appropriate seed dressing at recommended manufacturers requirements.
