Explanation of endorsements

Endorsement 3002:
  • For Endorsement No 3002 the following phytosanitary measure must be met to fulfill item 19 of the Annexed Table 1-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Plant Protection Act.
  • The plants must be inspected at the place of production or the production site (including a plant growth facility) during the late growing season and found to be free from Bacterial wilt of beans (Curtobacterium flaccumfaciens pv. flaccumfaciens).
Where applicable, the exporter is to provide evidence attesting to the endorsement and present it to the Authorised Officer at the time of inspection.
Option 1 (Endorsement 3002):
1) The consignment fulfills item 19 of the Annexed Table 1-2 of the Ordinance for Enforcement of the Plant Protection Act (MAF Ordinance No73/1950).
