Consignments are to be packed in clean, new packages/bags not previously used for any purpose.

Consignment must beclearly labelled with its full botanical name (genus and species).

The description on the Phytosanitary certificate under the Name of Produce should be "Plant stem only". There is to be no deviation from this text. This information must be listed in the Additional Product Description field of the RFP.
